We are one of the very few consultancies that focus solely on governance and parliamentary procedure, with an emphasis and expertise in Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised in a full-time professional capacity.

Our Founder & President

Justin G. Pappano, PRP, heads Pappano Consulting Inc.

​

Justin is among one of approximately 20 in Canada who hold the Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP) credential. The PRP is the highest credential in parliamentary procedure conferred by the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP).

​

Justin is the President of the Ontario Association of Parliamentarians (OAP) and a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) bylaws and youth committees. Justin is a passionate member of the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP) and the NAP, organizations dedicated to parliamentary procedure. Further, Justin sat on the OAP Education Committee prior to becoming President. Justin is in the process of becoming a founding member of a Canadian branch of the AIP.
